Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") set forth the conditions for the use of all products and services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by AuraMark Studio (hereinafter referred to as "the Studio"). Users shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms shall apply to all relationships between users and the Studio regarding the use of the Service.
- The Studio may establish various rules and provisions (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions") regarding the use of the Service in addition to these Terms. These Individual Provisions, regardless of their names, shall constitute a part of these Terms.
Article 2 (License)
Software provided by the Studio (SnipIt, HyperCaps, Pure Solfe, etc.) grants the purchasing user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the software belong to the Studio.
Article 3 (Payment and Refunds)
- Payment Processing: Paid plans and license sales for the Service are processed through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Payment processing, tax collection, etc. are subject to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not accepted after the product has been downloaded or the license key has been provided. However, if the product has a critical defect that the Studio determines cannot be fixed, or if a billing error such as double charging occurs, refunds may be processed in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's policies. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase via the contact form or to info@auramark-studio.com.
Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)
Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Service:
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the Studio's servers or network
- Actions that may interfere with the operation of the Studio's services
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or similar actions on the software
- Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Actions that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Studio's services
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
- The Studio does not expressly or impliedly warrant that the Service is free from defects in fact or law (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors or bugs, infringement of rights, etc.).
- The Studio shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the Service, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Studio.
Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese law. Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Studio.
